Requirements:

We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer who is independent, flexible, innovative, self-directed, eager to learn and understand how to architect, design and write high-performance, highly-available, and maintainable software. Candidates should have strong Java, OOAD, and OOP skills as well as good knowledge and experience in n-tiered web architectures. Knowledge of web protocols, Berkeley databases, caching technologies, and highly-available and scalable distributed systems and applications is desired.

A Masters or a Bachelors degree in Computer Science with minimum 4 years of development experience and 1+ year of technical leadership experience is required. The candidate must have a proven record of completion of at least one full project life cycle. Excellent debugging skills and an attitude of enthusiastically supporting the customers who use our software are a must. Solid communication skills and the ability to work in a team and with internal/external customers is critical.
