mainly should be able to implement and program in ABAP

Also we don’t need specific module experience like FI, HR, etc.

Person with experience of the tasks needed to do an upgrade (buzzword SPAU, SPDD)

Very beneficial if he/she knows the Data Dictionary, in which tables are what configurations, etc. and has general good knowledge of the testing process.
