Brief Job Description:
The role of this position is to provide global data management leadership for all systems/applications in use in DuPont businesses with significant focus on SAP. The scope of this position includes:
• Ownership of the Data Standards and any processes necessary to ensure data integrity for assigned platform or businesses.
• Primary leadership of the Data Conversion processes, as part of any project (e.g. SAP R/3) that the business undertakes.
• Subject Matter Expert on data load tools and processes for Data Management Services (DMS)
• Responsible for requirements definition when development of new data load tool(s) are identified.
Minimum Skills Required:
• Bachelor’s/Master degree in or equivalent experience
• SAP Experience desired; Possess understanding of applications of SAP and process dependencies of highly integrated systems.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance or Purchasing functions.
• Experience in defining/loading data into SAP
• Possess understanding of IT business processes and functional specifications.
• Excellent Presentation and Communication Skills are required.
• Proven Project Management experience -- Delivering On Time to Expectations and Budget.
• Strong networking leadership skills
• Strong planner, organizer, attention to detail and follow-up
