Sweden Based MNC in Construction Equipment Company

Job Summary :

Contribute to the profitability of the Sales Organization by improving efficiencies by implementing and improving existing systems and by developing appropriate sales systems.

• Closely working with Trucks, Renault Trucks, Nissan Diesel and Mack for studying and understanding their existing Sales systems and developing synergies in ATO.

Key Responsibilities

• Working with the various Truck Brands in ATO for understanding their sales systems and sales processes.

• Supporting and guiding the Market Companies and Importers in assessing their sales system requirements.

o Complete mapping the existing sales process in various markets and importers

o Mapping of existing sales systems and future requirements of the markets and importers

o Work closely with Market Company and Importers in the region, to closely plan the implementation and updating of sales systems and processes.

o Co-ordinate, execute and complete all the implementations and updating in the markets and importers as per the plan.

• Co-ordinate with Brands and Training Department for inputs on sales systems and process related training in the ATO markets.

• Provide relevant inputs to IS/IT for developing synergies in the Sales Systems and for the development of future multi brand systems.

•Release Periodic Reports on Sales Systems status and Implementation in the ATO.

• Act as a role model/culture ambassador, constantly communicate and demonstrate our client Way, Code of Conduct, etc.

Main competence requirements

•Share common values with our client Way, Code of Conduct, high ethical standards.

• Strong Business Orientation, Analytical ability, Systems Orientation and aptitude.

• Taking initiatives, influencing, interacting, coordinating and strong people skills and networking skills.

•Over 7 - 11 years of business experience including sales and marketing experience, preferably in multinational companies. Strong team working capabilities and people skills.
