Associate Vice President / GM - Professional Services Group.
Education: University postgraduate degree in science/engineering / MBA / CA / ICWA / MHA
Job Description:
•Prior work experience with enterprise product implementations and support services, partner enablement, managing service portfolios, delivery management
•9 to 14 years implementation experience in packaged applications, ERPs. Prefer 2 to 3 years experience in Healthcare domain
•Certifications in Project Management preferred (PMP, PRINCE2), strong familiarity with project management software and tools
•Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
•Ability to understand cultures, read communication styles of customers, team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines / geographies
•Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including senior management, clients, and other departments
•Good written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills, willingness to travel, persuasive, encouraging, and motivating
