Functional Team Lead – Senior Business Analysts / Consultants

• Work on implementation and support assignments in the Healthcare domain, there will also be opportunities for consulting assignments from time to time
• Solution consulting vis-à -vis customer specific requirements and best practices in the industry
• Work closely with the corresponding customer Business Process Owner(s) to guide the team members through the requirement analysis phase
• Providing status updates and conducting any functional design workshops, finalize the fit/gap analysis and the solution design document ensuring harmonization of processes
• In time delivery, adherence to quality norms, getting client acceptance for solution design and other deliverables
• Develops detailed work plans in consultation with XXXXXXX Project Manager for the functional deliverables
• Co-ordinates the activities of project team ensuring that all the work is undertaken in accordance with the agreed plan
• Responsible for and ensures on-time completion of XXXXXXX team deliverables
• Is the single point of contact between the client key users and XXXXXXX for functional team activities
• Acts as an advisor for out-of-scope activities and pro-actively bring these to the knowledge of the XXXXXXX Project Manager
• Participates in project reviews and other project status meetings, periodical status reporting to XXXXXXX PM and the PMO Team. Keeps XXXXXXX Program and Project Manager appraised of project status
• Allocation of Work to the team member and review the work done by team members, review the work product delivered by the Team member
• Participate in the planning and review meetings, work closely with the Technical team assigned to the project
• Be an advisor for any internal Proof of Concepts (POCs) being developed at XXXXXXX for the Healthcare IT vertical and work closely with the Product teams in delivering solutions
