Skill Required -
• 6 to 8 years of experience in managing ERP projects, packaged applications, application development projects around ERP
• Must have work experience in Health Care Domain and at least 3 full life cycle implementation as a Project Manager for ERP implementation
• Certifications in Project Management preferred, familiarity with project management software and tools
• Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments
• Good written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel
Job Description -
• Completing the project on schedule and within the budget, obtaining acceptance from customers, ensuring adherence of quality control process & procedures
• Resolving day to day issues of the project, monitoring and approving change requests and setting corrective plans as needed
• Conducting status and Steering Committee meetings and ensuring action items are closed
• Ensuring that the analysis and design has been conducted in accordance with the requirements
• Work closely with the customer designated Project Manager and teams for the assignment
• Implement mechanism for risk management, problem escalation and follow up on pending issues
• Provide necessary information on the solution, project status and ensuring effective decision making at Project meetings
• Ensure that reviews are conducted for all the work products that are prepared by the teams. Coordinates the activities of project team ensuring work is undertaken as per agreed plan
• Acts as an advisor for out-of-scope activities, review deliverables during various phases of implementation
• Participates in project reviews and other project status meetings, keeps Karishma Professional Services Group appraised of project status
• Identifies and provides timely access to individuals and facilitates access to information required by project team
Experience Required : 6 - 10 yrs
Job Location - Bangalore/ Hyderabad
Education - University postgraduate degree in science/engineering / MBA / CA / ICWA / MHA
